Let The Beer Flow
In 2015, when the passion of beer outgrew their house and was soon filling up the kitchen, garage, and spare bedrooms, Barb & Kurt Biegel realized that it was time to move this project out of their house. This was how the Big Thompson Brewery began. Their passion for brewing beer had turned into more than a side project, and didn’t show any sign of slowing down.
This started their journey of growing their brewery. The name of their brewery comes from the river running through Loveland, and also inspired their motto, “Let The Beer Flow”.
You will find many unique brews at this Loveland Brewery. They offer a large selection of their beers in 6 packs of 12 oz. cans, as well as beers you can refill growlers with. Here are just a few of the beers you will find in 6 packs currently:
- Float Away IPA: a perfectly hoppy and west-coast inspired IPA
- Streamside Strawberry Blonde Ale: a light pale ale fermented with strawberry puree, making it sweet, fresh & tart
- Peak Flow Pre-Prohibition Style Pilsner: this American lager pays tribute to older-style beers with high flavor
