Restaurant Kelly Liken, owned by its prominent namesake chef will celebrate the summer season with a new weekly Harvest Sunday Supper. Kelly will forage the expansive Vail Farmer’s Market every Sunday morning to source the artisanal products and ingredients that she will incorporate into the Harvest Sunday Supper three-course menu. The menu will change every Sunday as Kelly explores the market and discovers which ingredients are at their peak of flavor.
Libations served during summer will include Kelly’s own hand-crafted seasonal cocktails. Wine Director, and Kelly’s husband and business partner, Rick Colomitz, will offer wine pairings with each course including wines from local family-run boutique wineries. Diners will also enjoy live music from the Tony Gulitzia Band who will be performing bossa nova, jazz, and samba style music every Sunday throughout the evening, along with soon to be announced special guest musicians.
