Cowboy Brad specializes in original acoustic folk, family and western music and is known for his melodic folk music. People around the country have planned their vacations around his performances in Estes Park.

The Bond Park Cowboy Sing-Along was established in the early 1990s by a group of local business owners who wanted to provide free evening entertainment for downtown visitors. Business sponsorships are available and can be arranged by contacting Ann Taylor, owner/operator of Colorado Homestead at 586-1144.

About Cowboy Brad

Raised in Estes Park, singer, songwriter and guitarist Brad Fitch has been playing professionally since he was 15 years old. He was a founding member of Fitch and Chips, a country/western dance band that performed throughout the West during the early 1980s. He has also been part of several other performing and recording acts throughout the years, including Fitch and Chips, Black Canyon Express, The Elktones and The TropiCowboy Band. As a soloist, Brad has led campfire sing-along programs throughout Estes Park for many years, where he was dubbed “Cowboy Brad” by his audience. In 2002, he was awarded the All Around Cowboy Entertainer belt buckle at the Aspen Lodge Cowboy Poetry Gathering. Brad was invited to perform cowboy music for the President of the United States during his 2001 visit to the Colorado. He also performed during the Democratic National Convention in Denver in 2008. Brad and his brother Doug Fitch, received a Hawaii Music Award in 2009. He has recorded 14 albums and now spends winters performing as a member of Barleen’s Arizona Opry. He plays an average of 300 shows yearly.

Additionally, Fitch has presented John Denver tribute concerts as fund-raising events for organizations throughout Colorado and Arizona. His ninth annual Estes Park John Denver tribute concert will take place on Saturday, Sept. 1 at Stanley Park Fairgrounds.
