Celebrate the 4th of July with fireworks and a parade. In honor of the 100th birthday of City Park, there will be a parade to show 100 years of transportation followed by the firework spectacle over the lake a City Park at dusk.
8:00 a.m.–Kids fun run at 9:00
Eleventh Annual running of the Ft. Collins Running Club’s FireKracker 5K, feature a flat, fast 5K course that runs through City Park before finishing at Sheldon Lake in City Park.
- $23 – Adults (age 15 and older)

Live music will be located on the South Side of the Hill at City Park at the corner of Sheldon and Mulberry. Food vendors will be located at Jackson and Mulberry Streets.
Fireworks at City Park
Dusk | City Park, 1500 West Mulberry St.
Begin at dusk and are shot over City Park Lake. The City of Fort Collins will cap off July 4th by providing spectacular fireworks show presented by Poudre Valley Health System at 9:35 p.m. FREE and open to the public.
No parking will be allowed at City Park Pool or City Park Nine Golf Course. Parking around City Park’s perimeter will be limited.
