31st Annual Parade of Homes

September 14th, 15th, 16th; 22nd & 23rd

We have 8 gorgeous homes located across Fruita and Grand Junction ranging in size from 1,500 to more than 7,000 square feet!

Look for special touches throughout each homes from the latest in technology to unique and fun features, this year’s Parade is sure to please! (We even have a remodeled home on the tour!)

Don’t forget that the builders are on site to answer your questions. If you are looking for ideas for upgrading your current home or are looking to build a new one, the 2012 Parade of Homes is your source for all the information you need! Find a builder, get more information on their subcontractors, designers, etc. and make your home the house of your dreams!

Dates of the Parade: September 14th-16th; 22nd & 23rd

Times homes are open: 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. each day

Ticket Information: Tickets are $10.00 each
Tickets will be on sale after September 3rd. You will receive a program with your ticket(s). Programs will be available at City Market on September 7th. Tickets can be purchased at City Market Location in Grand Junction & Fruita.

House locations: Grand Junction & Fruita

Programs: Distributed in the Daily Sentinel on September 14th.

Scavenger Hunt: For some extra fun during your tour of the Parade homes, participate in the annual Scavenger Hunt!

This year’s hunt is sponsored by American Furniture Warehouse. The winner will receive a $500 gift certificate to their store (winner will be chosen through a drawing. The first correct entry pulled wins the prize). Get your copy of the clues! Scavenger hunt forms will be available at American Furniture Warehouse the week of September 10th; inside the Daily Sentinel’s Real Estate Weekly (both weekends of Parade), at each of the homes, and on this website!
