Café Mexicali was established in 2005 with its first location in Fort Collins, Colorado just minutes from the CSU campus. Their goal was to provide customers with food that was “as fresh as it gets.” They have stayed true to their word. When ordering, you can see them making every tortilla fresh in front of your eyes.
